Job summary

Helia Healthcare is seeking an Activities Assistant – Vibe Coordinator & Fun Facilitator at our Hillsboro, Illinois facility. You’ll lead daily resident and guest activities, bring energy to group games, visits, and spontaneous celebrations, helping create a warm home-like atmosphere for our residents.

You’ll guide fellow activities team members, stay organized, support resident choice, and collaborate with coworkers to make every day feel like a celebration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional commitment to customer service and employee well-being.
