Job summary

• Assist residents with group activities.
• Print and distribute monthly activities calendar.
• Complete Activities Participation Records.
• Complete initial Activity Assessments and Quarterly Progress Notes.
• Work every other weekend with flexible hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in carrying out a program of activities which provides entertainment, intercommunication, exercise, and relaxation to all residents.

Position Requirements:
