Job summary

Oak Grove Healthcare is seeking a Community Life - Activities Assistant (Therapeutic Recreational Assistant) to enrich resident experiences and support the Community Life Director. The role focuses on planning activities, organizing events, and encouraging participation in social and therapeutic programs within a patient-centered setting.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.

Minimum Qualifications
