White Blossom Care Center, a skilled nursing facility located in San Jose near Valley Medical Center, is looking for a dynamic part-time Activities Assistant to join our Activities Department.

We are seeking an Activities Assistant who can work in a fast-paced environment, assist our Activities Director with various leadership responsibilities, provide excellent patient activities, maintain a positive attitude, and work effectively as part of a team.

Available Shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM or 9 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekend on-call as needed.
