*The Activity Department is in need of a part-time Activity Aide. The hours needed include but are not limited to 11:30am-8pm, with availability on Saturday-Monday and every other weekend. (This schedule is subject to change based on staffing needs.)

Are you a good communicator, have a fun-loving attitude, and enjoy planning events?

As an Activities Assistant at Sheffield Manor Nursing and Rehab, you will join other creative individuals in coordinating and delivering enrichment programs daily for facility guests. Responsibilities include planning field trips, games, crafts, and holiday celebrations.

You will assist the Director of Activities in implementing the activities program.

• Implement activity programs tailored to guests' needs and interests.
• Assist guests to and from activities and outings as scheduled.
• Maintain good rapport with guests' families and encourage family involvement in programs.
• Complete records of guest attendance and participation promptly.
• Support guests in meeting their individual needs, preferences, routines, and choices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
