Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities.
• Maintain activity logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with residents and families for events.
• Supervise volunteers as needed.
• Assist dietary when requested.
