Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Elk Grove is hiring a full-time Activities Assistant
As an Activities Assistant (Lifestyle Enrichment Assistant), you provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Activities Coordinator (Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator) in delivering comprehensive program services. Due to frequent contact with residents and families, this role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Pay rate: $15.45 per hour
Qualifications: High School Diploma; experience with residents with dementia and therapeutic/behavioral interventions; ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Physical Demands: Ability to push/pull and lift/carry up to 20 pounds, walk, stand, communicate verbally, and move freely throughout the building.
