Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing daily activity programs.

• Encourage participation and engagement from residents.
• Provide one-on-one visits to residents who cannot or will not attend group activities.
• Help with community outings and special events as needed.
• Decorate facility for holidays and events; transport residents when needed.
• Maintain activity calendars and documentation; ensure safety and inclusivity.
