Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking an Activities Assistant (CNA) to help create meaningful, joyful moments for residents in memory care. This part-time role offers competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour and the opportunity to support engaging programs daily.

You will lead group and one-on-one activities, assist with documentation, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, resident-centered environment. CNA certification and compassionate, energetic attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA certification required.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, creative and enthusiastic about working with older adults.
