Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recreational and social activities, including games, arts and crafts, exercise programs, and outings.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and engagement among residents.
• Conduct assessments to determine residents' interests and abilities and develop programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to care.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including resident participation and program evaluations.
