ParkSide Post-Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to support the Activity Director. The role includes planning and directing activities for residents to enhance their physical and mental well-being in line with care standards.

Shift: 1st Shift
The primary purpose of the Activities Assistant is to work directly with the Activity Director in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Activity Department. This is done in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. The goal is to ensure that an ongoing program of activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
