Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a variety of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents, including recreational, educational, and therapeutic programs.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to plan and execute special events, outings, and celebrations.
• Conduct individual and group activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and exercises, to promote socialization and cognitive stimulation.
• Assist with the development and implementation of programs designed to enhance physical function, flexibility, and mobility.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, participation, and evaluations.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings and provide input on activities and programs.
• Assist with resident transportation and mobility as needed.
