Mountain View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Pineville is seeking an Activities Assistant to bring energy and creativity to residents’ daily lives. Day shift opportunities offer a role that directly enhances well-being through engaging recreation.

You will organize activities, support social interaction, document progress, and participate in care plan meetings. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a warm, reliable, and team-oriented approach encouraged.

• Flexible, able to multitask, and reliable.
• Experience in long-term care is helpful but not required.

1. Assist in organizing and conducting activities with residents.
2. Play a key role in residents' well-being by planning and promoting recreation-based activities that stimulate the mind and body, fostering social interaction.
3. Provide input into the design and development of monthly recreation programs.
4. Document resident attendance and participation in activities and write progress notes.
5. Attend care plan meetings to coordinate activities with residents' needs as appropriate.
