Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Oceanside, CA, is looking for an Activities Assistant to help plan and run daily activities and enrichment programs for residents. You will support resident participation, prepare calendars and newsletters, and escort residents to programs as needed.

The role focuses on maintaining engaging spaces, coordinating with volunteers, and documenting participation per regulatory guidelines to enhance well‑being and community connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver's license where required.
• Experience in senior living is preferred.
