Job summary

Distinctive Living is seeking an Activity Assistant Part-Time for the Maumee Pointe Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Maumee, OH. You will design engaging activities, collect feedback, and document participation while helping residents stay entertained and connected.

The role focuses on socialization, exercise, and creative thinking to enhance quality of life, with a strong emphasis on communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Creative thinking and organizational skills required.
• Interpersonal skills to interact positively with staff and residents.
• Problem solving to adapt activities on the fly and handle obstacles.
• Written communication to compile participant surveys and activity reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
