Job summary

Tranquillity at Fredericktowne, part of Sonida Senior Living, is seeking an Activities Assistant to engage residents in daily recreation and social programs. You will support independent recreation, tailor activities to individual preferences, and help ensure residents' rights and well‑being within the service plan.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
• Work Every other Weekend.
