Sonida Senior Living’s Tranquillity at Fredericktowne in Frederick, MD invites compassionate individuals to join as an Activities Assistant. You will engage with residents, families, and staff to support meaningful recreation and ensure residents’ safety and rights.

The role requires participation in scheduled trainings and weekend shifts, contributing to a caring community for seniors in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
• Work Every other Weekend.
