• Monday & Wednesday: 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities including games, crafts, and social events.
• Conduct interviews with residents and families to understand personal interests and preferences.
• Foster social, emotional, and physical well-being through inclusive programming.
• Encourage participation and ensure all residents feel involved and valued.
• Visit residents in their rooms to provide companionship and individualized activities.
• Maintain and manage activity supplies, preparing and cleaning up as needed.
• Assist in documenting resident participation and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative personality with a genuine passion for elder care.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with a geriatric or adult population is preferred.
