Rock Springs in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Activities Assistant to support clinical, operational, and administrative tasks within a psychiatric care setting. You will lead activity groups and help patients engage in therapeutic activities.
Under the guidance of the Activity Therapist, you will document responses, adapt activities, and communicate progress to the care team to support individualized treatment plans.

This position is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in recreational therapy or equivalent preferred.
Certifications: CPR and De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire.
