Sunrise Senior Living in Charlotte, NC, is looking for an Activities Assistant to support daily programs that enhance resident well-being. You will help plan and lead activities, escort residents, and keep spaces organized, contributing to a warm, engaging atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver's license (as applicable).
• Senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation.
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
