Randall Residence is seeking an Activities Assistant to join their Life Enrichment Team. The role involves coordinating meaningful activities for seniors, enhancing their mental and social well-being. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, prior experience in assisted living, and a passion for working with seniors.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
We are growing and are looking for an individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate activities and recreation related programs and services for the community that reflect the varied interests of all the residents and provide them with meaningful and enriching activities. They will also help with programs for Assisted Living and Alzheimer's-Dementia Residents that help improve resident moral as well as optimal levels of mental, physical, and social functioning.
This individual must be willing to work weekends.
