The Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. These activities are therapeutic and promote health and well-being. If you enjoy playing games and doing crafts, this position may be for you!

You will earn: $16.00 per hour starting wages!

• $15.15 per hour starting wages
• PLUS $0.85 per hour Hero Pay!

Daily responsibilities include:

• Promoting hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors
• Assisting and leading group and one-on-one life enrichment programs
• Encouraging attendance and transportation to programs
• Evaluating patients' backgrounds, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs
• Developing and displaying thematic and holiday decorations

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in long-term care preferred
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for innovative care
• Team player committed to supporting colleagues
