Wesley Court Assisted Living in Boiling Springs, SC is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering engaging activities for residents. You will help assess interests, organize events, and ensure activities meet individual needs.

The role requires a passionate, flexible, and energetic team member with strong written and verbal communication skills; prior LTC activity experience and certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services in the past five years preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Activities Assistant, you will provide assistance to the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address the individual needs and interests of the residents.
