Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Recreation Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and social activities for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

You will support educational, cultural, physical, and emotional programs aligned with care plans; shifts include evenings and rotating weekends, with starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Shifts vary with evenings and rotating weekends.
• Wage: starting at $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate recreational, social, educational, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs.
• Align activities with resident assessments and care plans, per supervisor direction.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.
