ALIYA of CRESTWOOD in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Activity Aide to join our dynamic team. You will help plan and implement resident activities to promote socialization and well-being.

As part of RYZE on the Avenue at Crestwood, you will collaborate with staff, build relationships with residents and families, and maintain accurate activity records while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.
