  • Supply a weekly movie from library.
  • Assisting residents to and from activities.
  • Keep daily attendance of activities and report to Activity Director.
  • Lead group activities as planned and scheduled.
  • Initiate and motivate 1-1 activities with residents not attending group activities.
  • Assist with residents' community outings as scheduled.
  • Assist with special events, planning and leading activities.
  • Report to Activity Director on residents' responses and progress.
  • Report needs of supplies to Activity Director.
  • May handle general housekeeping duties in activity area.
  • Attend in-service training as scheduled.
  • Communicate with nursing to assist transporting residents to activities.
  • Abide by facility policies.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Activity Director.
