• Document resident involvement, behavioral responses, and attendance accurately in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Set up and clean activity areas before and after events, ensuring spaces remain safe, organized, and accessible.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care.
• Observe resident behavior, report changes or concerns promptly, and collaborate with nursing and social services teams as needed.
