Job summary

Fairview Commons Nursing & Rehab in Great Barrington, MA, is seeking a part-time Activity Coordinator to plan, develop, and evaluate activity programs for residents, and to observe attendance and involvement.

You will transport residents as needed, participate in discharge planning, interview residents or families for activity information, coordinate with other departments, and help maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the activity department. Administrative duties are required.

Qualifications

• GED or better.
• High School or better.

• Perform administrative duties, i.e. completing necessary forms, reports, etc.
