Royal Health invites you to join our caring family as an Activities Assistant at our skilled nursing facilities. You will help plan and conduct activity programs for residents across long-term, sub-acute, and memory care, supporting their intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

We offer a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and EAP, along with 401(k) and other benefits. A high school diploma and prior long-term care experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients is a plus.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in enhancing residents' interests, talents, and hobbies.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs.
• Develop the monthly activity calendar and written plans of care.
• Participate in discharge planning and assessments.
• Schedule programs, plan parties, and provide games/activities for residents.
