Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and convey brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook. Build lasting relationships and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience while supporting the sales team.

Role involves meeting sales goals in a team-driven, commission-based environment, improving product knowledge in active-wear, and assisting in store operations, merchandising, and inventory management. Seasonal hours include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Forge lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic and engaging manner.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek product knowledge in the broader fashion landscape and active-wear.
• Assist in completing projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Keep the retail store clean and maintained (floors/bathroom).
• Understand and execute cash control procedures including deposits.
• Assist in merchandising/visual directives.
