Job summary

The Moret Group is seeking a Product Developer / Colorist to manage the development lifecycle of private label activewear. You will partner with design, technical design, production, and external partners to deliver high-performance, trend-forward products.

Hybrid work arrangement allows 4 days in office and 1 day remote. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong color sense and excellent communication skills to ensure accuracy across tech packs and development

Qualifications

3+ years of color/apparel product development experience, preferably in activewear.
Experience reviewing lab dips, strike-offs, and color submits to established standards.
Experience collaborating with overseas factories is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and approve lab dips, strike-offs, shade bands, and bulk submits; communicate with overseas factories and cross-functional teams.
Convey with external cross-functional teams and internal partners.
Evaluate pre-production and production garments with product/technical design teams to ensure accurate specs.
