Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
  • Accompany individuals on outings and activities.
  • Remain active, alert, and able to respond to all scenarios.
  • Utilize various verbal and physical behavioral interventions.
  • Document behaviors, activities, and incidents.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
  • Provide safe and complete service delivery aligned with Broadstep’s mission and values.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, physical, and TB test
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills
