Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Experience with RF scanning equipment; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic duties on shipping floor, including Direct to Consumer, Courier, Picking, Packing, and VAS packaging/ labeling.
• Pick and confirm orders efficiently and accurately.
• Pack orders to prevent damage and label as specified.
• Ticket or label orders per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area during and after shift.
• Report any conditions needing attention to supervisor and follow safety policies.
