Buerkle Honda in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a dependable Vehicle Operations Associate to help keep our dealership running smoothly. You will keep vehicles organized, accessible, and ready for customers while ensuring the lot remains safe, clean, and professionally maintained.

No automotive experience is required; we value a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a full-time role with a dynamic team and daily opportunities to work with new and used vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and driving record acceptable.
• Manual transmission driving preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to walk, stand, and move vehicles for long periods.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and between departments.
• Retrieve, stage, and position vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
• Maintain organization, appearance, and accuracy of vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers between locations as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are fueled, charged, clean, and properly staged.
• Conduct routine lot inspections to verify vehicle placement and condition.
• Respond to vehicle movement requests from sales, service, and management teams.
• Assist with snow removal from vehicles and lot preparation during winter months.
• Monitor lot conditions and maintain a safe, clean, and professional dealership environment.
