The Human Services Provider Program Coordinator II serves as the facility Active Treatment Coordinator (ATC) and is a member of the management team. The ATC provides administrative oversight regarding the development, coordination, and provision of formal programming efforts for all residents at JIRDC. Responsibilities include assessing resident interests, strengths, and needs; creating programming plans; supervising program specialists and the Residential Program Manager; and ensuring active treatment services.
This position is designated Mandatory and must report or stay over during adverse weather events.
Salary Grade NC09; Recruitment Range $39,671.00 - $69,426.00.
Position 60053590 - Program Administration/Residential, 1st shift (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), Monday - Friday, with flexibility for support and supervision needs.

Management preferences include prior experience as a QIDP or Educator in an ICF setting, supervisory experience, thorough knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities, ability to develop person-centered services, supervise active treatment programs, and proficiency with Word, Microsoft Office, and Electronic Health Records.
