Job summary

Clearbrook is hiring a Habilitation Aide for Wilke ICF in Rolling Meadows, IL. This full-time position offers the 38-hour schedule with pay at $21.35 per hour, plus paid training and shift differentials.

You will provide direct active treatment, assist with daily living activities, and help clients engage with community resources and social programs; a 2-person lift may be required and staff must remain awake through the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid IL driver's license required.
• Experience with behavior disorders and autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct provision of active treatment to clients per individual programs.
• Teach and support use of community resources.
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, feeding and housekeeping.
• Support clients in social and recreational activities.
• Must be able to perform a 2-person lift.
• Staff must be awake for the entire shift; not a sleep facility.
