Qualifications

• Series 7 license required.
• Series 63 license required.
• Series 4 license preferred.
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.
• Experience supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, deliver personalized solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support some of Fidelity's most active and sophisticated traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions.
• Build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support to help clients make informed investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing needs.
