• Proactive outreach to clients regarding margin calls and options.
• Grow Active Trader segment and oversee onboarding.
• Conduct customized PET platform demos.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills to address client inquiries.
• Work as a liaison between support teams to meet client needs.
