Job summary

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate for the Kansas City metro area. You will count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining accuracy while traveling to multiple locations.

Earn through a performance-based pay program, with opportunities to increase earnings up to and beyond base pay. Training is provided and all employees are treated equally in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• No prior inventory experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners/tech devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counts.

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in counts.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
