Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is seeking a Hospital Service Technician in Nashville to support hospitals with medical waste services. You will work on-site, lifting containers up to 50 lbs and pushing carts up to 300 lbs, while coordinating with hospital staff to ensure safe, timely exchanges.

This role involves standing and moving throughout the day, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The position offers full benefits from day one, overtime opportunities, and a $500 sign-on

Responsibilities

• Interact with hospital staff to ensure safe medical waste container exchanges.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas.
• Lift containers up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs.
• Maintain inventory and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Use company-provided smartphone to manage tasks and report issues.
• Keep staging areas clean and orderly before and after service.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Work well as part of a team or independently.
