Position Summary: Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Active Geolocation Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Active Geolocation Senior Mentor possesses certified skill-sets in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. Contingent upon contract award.

Position Description: The Active Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of active geolocation operations. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications: The Active Geolocation Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities:

• Five (5) years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions
• Current or previous experience and instructor certification in one or more relevant geolocation technologies
• Must hold an Active Operator Certification, or be eligible for recertification
• Must obtain one Operator Instructor Certification within 30 days of assignment
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

• Current or previous experience as a certified instructor supporting the training and operational support to one or more geolocation technologies
• Ability and willingness to obtain multiple geolocation specialized certifications
