Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client transitions around next-generation pharmaceutical data assets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new data assets and reporting solutions in Wayne, PA.

The role requires 5–8 years in project/engagement management within pharma or life sciences, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with data transitions. 12+ month contract with W2 pay rate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of national/subnational pharma data products and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client transition initiatives involving next-gen pharma data assets, incl. National and Subnational data.
• Develop and execute transition plans, manage activities, ensure milestones on schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including PM, Product, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development.
• Track progress, maintain open-item logs, provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage complex client data issues, escalations, and resolutions with internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with pharma clients and act as trusted contact during transitions.
• Identify adoption challenges and support change management activities.
• Provide guidance on transition planning, data utilization, and operational readiness.
• Identify process improvements and document best practices and lessons learned.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to support client transition initiatives involving next-generation pharmaceutical data assets. This role will focus on managing client transitions, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful adoption of new data assets and reporting solutions.

Location: Wayne, PA Duration: 12+ Months Pay Rate: $38-$41/hr (W2)

The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments, client-facing project management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation or transition management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support client transition initiatives involving next-generation pharmaceutical data assets, including National and Subnational data.
• Develop and execute transition plans, manage implementation activities, and ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Product Management, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development.
• Track project progress, maintain open-item logs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage complex client data issues, escalations, and resolution activities by partnering with internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the transition process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, engagement management, client consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, implementation, or transition management.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or life sciences clients.
• Knowledge of National and/or Subnational pharmaceutical data products and pharmaceutical reporting.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with pharmaceutical data products and services.
• Experience supporting Large Pharma, Mid-size Pharma, or Emerging Biopharma accounts.
• Background in pharmaceutical data transitions, client implementations, or commercial operations.
• Experience with Smartsheet and data visualization tools.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
