Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Active Directory/Exchange Specialist V to provide advanced support for enterprise AD/Exchange environments. The role includes system administration, troubleshooting, and Tier II triage of directory services.

You will manage AD, Exchange, ADAM, and GAL across enterprise systems. The position requires 10+ years in IT with 6+ years specifically in Active Directory and/or Exchange, a High school diploma, IAT Level III, and ideally AZ-802 or

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• IAT Level III security clearance is required.
• AZ-802 or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct server administration tasks.
• System administration and maintenance.
• Account administration.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate Tier II tickets.
• Monitor events and performance.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will provide advanced support for enterprise Active Directory, Exchange, and directory services by performing system administration, troubleshooting, and Tier II triage. They will manage and administer enterprise Active Directory (AD), Exchange, ADAM, and the Global Address List (GAL).

General Skillset

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills

Specific Duties

• Conduct server administration tasks
• System administration & maintenance
• Account Administration
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate (as needed) Tier II tickets
• Event monitoring

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma
• IAT Level III required
• Microsoft AZ-802 or similar certification desired

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience
• 6+ years working/managing Active Directory and/or Exchange
