Responsibilities

The Data Governance & Stewardship (DG&S) Analyst supports customer data management processes, focusing on assessing and improving the quality of pharmaceutical client data (Physicians, Organizations, etc.). Responsibilities include reviewing customer profiles, making data changes based on business rules, and working with systems like MDM and CRM. The role involves developing and documenting data management processes, providing feedback on data issues, and reporting metrics and SLA performance.

Skills and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or actively pursuing
  • Experience with Life Sciences pharmaceutical customer data (HCP and HCO) is a plus
  • Experience with IQVIA data or medical information (desired)
  • Understanding of relational databases, MDM, CRM (desired)
  • Detail-oriented with good data entry, research, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eager to learn, follow directions, and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excel functions and SQL experience are a plus
