Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking an Activations Supervisor in Orlando to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach agents, manage daily operations, and partner with leadership on promotions and improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a call center or admin role, strong coaching and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Weekly pay and PTO are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus!).
• 2+ years in a call center or administrative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and energize a team of activation agents to hit (and exceed!) performance goals.
• Keep the team aligned and informed through engaging team meetings and updates.
• Train new hires and support ongoing development to help everyone grow and succeed.
• Partner with leadership to roll out exciting promotions, strategies, and improvements.
• Drive daily sales and lead generation with a results-focused mindset.
• Step in to resolve escalated customer concerns with confidence and care.
• Track performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and boost team performance.
• Take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed—no two days are the same!
