The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) is Ohio's third‑largest public school system, serving more than 35,000 students. BBF is a strategic, data‑driven plan developed through a year of community engagement and analysis aimed at improving enrollment and ensuring scholars attend newer school buildings that offer enhanced educational opportunities, including eighth‑grade algebra, expanded sports, extracurricular activities, college credits, and pathways to higher education and careers. The goal is to strengthen enrollment and academic excellence for all CMSD scholars.

The Pre‑K‑12 Action Team Coach (ATC) plays a pivotal role in driving school improvement. The ATC is school‑based and works closely with Principals and School Leadership Teams in his or her portfolio. The ATC is ultimately accountable for executing a program of job‑embedded, ongoing, customized professional development to improve educational outcomes, monitor progress, and adjust Academic Achievement Plans to meet student achievement goals.
The role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, hand use, and speaking. Occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Expected traveling for training/meetings. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are available. Standard office environment requirements apply.
