Job summary

KinderCare in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a versatile team member to support the Center Director, help oversee teaching staff, and advance enrollment, accreditation, and operations.

You will partner with families to provide high-quality early education, build relationships with licensing authorities and community partners, and may fill roles from teacher to cook or driver as needed.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
