Pacer Group in Chicago, IL is seeking an Actimise SAM Specialist to join the Risk and Compliance Technology team. You will configure, support, and optimize NICE Actimise Suspose Activity Monitoring environments to detect financial crimes while minimizing false positives.

You will bridge regulatory requirements with technical configurations and help safeguard enterprise operations through effective alerting and case management.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring NICE Actimise SAM environments.
• Strong AML domain knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support NICE Actimise SAM applications to align with enterprise risk-based AML programs.
• Troubleshoot Actimise configuration, workflow, and processing issues to ensure continuous monitoring integrity.
• Assess new AML requirements and translate regulatory mandates into actionable system rules and logic.
• Execute false-positive reduction initiatives and tune transaction monitoring scenarios to enhance alert quality.
• Oversee and support alert investigation and case management processes across compliance operations.
