Job summary

Infosys is hiring an Architecture Consultant 2 in Plano, TX to lead architecture discussions with clients, design scalable and secure solutions, and guide integration strategies. You will work with Actimize and ActOne Case Manager, while collaborating with development teams on UI customization using ReactJS and JavaScript.

The role emphasizes evaluating technologies, documenting architectural frameworks, and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, with relocation/travel possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Actimize platform and ActOne Case Manager.
• Experience configuring and customizing workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic.
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript for UI customization.
• REST API development and integration.
• Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture and contribute to tech framework development.
• Identify suitable technologies and tools, and perform a comparative analysis aligned with client needs.
• Develop integration strategies based on validation of proof-of-concept for proposed architectural solutions.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to quality standards while contributing to build and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyze system performance based on implemented architecture and identify potential risks.
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

• Experience with Actimize platform, strong expertise in ActOne Case Manager
• Experience configuring and customizing workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic
• Hands-on experience in ReactJS and JavaScript (UI customization and extensions)
• REST API Development Integration
• Strong SQL and data integration knowledge

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience with other ActOne 10.x Case Manager Development
• Experience in banking/financial services, preferably compliance or surveillance
• Understanding of SDLC and release management
• Enterprise application architecture and integration patterns
• Experience supporting regulatory or audit-driven initiatives
• Familiarity with large-scale case management implementations
• Understanding of Global Markets compliance

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
