Job summary

Synechron in Jersey City is seeking an Actimize ActOne Case Manager developer to lead hands-on customization of case management workflows, build REST APIs, and integrate data across systems within a regulatory-driven finance environment.

You will collaborate with business analysts, compliance and technology partners, own tasks, and ensure delivery across release cycles while meeting audit and performance requirements. We offer extensive training and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Actimize platform and ActOne Case Manager.
• Experience configuring workflows, queues, UI components, and business logic.
• REST API development and integration.
• Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.
• Experience in banking/financial services, preferably compliance or surveillance.
• Understanding of SDLC and release management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development and customization of Actimise ActOne Case Manager, including workflows, case lifecycle, and disposition processes
• Configure and extend ActOne features such as views, and alert-to-case processing
• Build and integrate REST APIs/services to support case enrichment, workflow orchestration, and external system integrations
• Own and manage assigned development tasks, ensuring timely delivery aligned with release cycles
• Collaborate with business analysts, compliance, surveillance teams, and technology partners
• Support production issues, defect resolution, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and performance requirements
